Rise Up: A Celebration of African American History and Culture

Crystal Cauley of the Black History Collective of Henderson County presents an educational program with an artistic approach to tell the story of the county through dance, artistry, speech and poetry. Today’s event features a display of artwork by Diamond Cash. Cauley is a Henderson County native who works to educate the public about African American history in Western North Carolina.
