Kickshaws & Quiddities: Musical Oddities for a Leap Year.  The Blue Ridge Orchestra presents their Leap Year concert, which celebrates a series of musical oddities and lesser-known pieces that are rarely played, including Jacques Ibert’s Concerto for Cello and Wind Instruments, Richard Percival’s Sicilienne for Strings and English Horn, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Symphony No. 29 and Joseph Haydn’s Farewell Symphony (no. 45).
